Job summary

Hogan is seeking an Area Sales Manager in Miami, FL to drive new business and manage key accounts for our contractual truck leasing and fleet maintenance lines. The role includes mentoring branch rental sales staff, expanding the client base, and delivering value through tailored solutions.

The successful candidate will build relationships with executives, manage renewals, and stay informed on market trends while collaborating across operations and credit teams to ensure a smooth customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Conversational Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with clients at all levels, including C-level executives.
