Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to lead revenue growth in a designated territory. You will develop strategic sales plans, build strong customer relationships, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.

This role reports to the Sales Director in a remote territory and requires frequent on-site customer engagement. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the buying process, and will possess technical acumen to

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of public Safety subject matter expertise (Fire, Medic, Dispatch).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Public Safety Technologies (radio, CAD, fire station alerting).
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and to US/Canada events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a designated territory, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
• Value selling to translate customer needs into sales proposals.
• Provide technical recommendations and best practices to serve customer needs.
• Regular on-site visits and communications with customers before, during and after sales.
• Travel up to 75%.
