Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Territory Manager III for the San Antonio, TX area within the Neuromodulation portfolio. You will lead regional sales strategy, engage with physicians, support staff, and key opinion leaders to drive adoption and revenue while collaborating with the broader sales team.

The role requires 8+ years in medical device sales, 4+ years in Neuromodulation, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices.
• 4+ years of Neuromodulation experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned area (25% travel).
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies to increase referrals of Abbott therapies and overcome barriers.
• Integrate into accounts and build trust with customers and KOLs.
• Generate additional sales revenue by targeted initiatives in the region.
• Train and mentor new Territory Managers.
• Coordinate implanting schedules and manage inventory in territory.
• Analyze sales data and prepare required reports.
