Job summary

Abbott is a global healthcare leader seeking a results-driven Territory Manager for the Dallas area. You will lead strategy to drive sales volume, market penetration, and profitability within a dynamic, matrixed environment, collaborating with sales leadership and clinical teams.

Responsibilities include expanding referrals, building rapport with physicians and KOLs, and mentoring new Territory Managers while maintaining FDA compliance and a strong customer focus across Neuromodulation therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices.
• 4+ years of Neuromodulation experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work an unpredictable schedule with short notice.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies to increase referrals of Abbott therapies and overcome barriers.
• Build trust and establish rapport with new and existing customers and KOLs.
• Generate additional sales revenue in the assigned region by initiatives targeted at referrals.
• Trains and mentors new Territory Managers.
• Coordinate implanting schedules with Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Interface with patients up to 50% of the time.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
