Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Territory Manager for the Dallas, TX area within Neuromodulation. You will lead territory strategy, grow sales volume, and collaborate with clinical teams to drive adoption of Abbott therapies.

The role requires 8+ years in medical devices sales, 4+ years in Neuromodulation, and willingness to travel regularly. You'll engage physicians and staff, manage accounts, and align with regional leadership to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices.
• 4+ years of work experience in Neuromodulation.
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned area on a regular basis.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to communicate at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies to increase referrals and adoption of Abbott therapies.
• Integrate into accounts, build trust, and establish rapport with customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Generate additional sales revenue in the region by initiatives targeting referrals.
• Train and mentor new Territory Managers.
• Coordinate scheduling of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Maintain compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
