Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co. is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive profitable premium growth across an assigned New Jersey territory, managing 100+ agency storefronts.

Under limited supervision, you will lead agency partnerships, develop strategic plans, and coordinate with underwriting, product management, claims and risk control to optimize performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Six years of progressively more responsible insurance sales and management work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of services, products, marketing techniques, contracts, risk funding and rating plans.
• Proven revenue growth and sales success in prior roles.
• Proven success in developing partnerships, decision making and problem solving.
• Advanced knowledge of production management, claims, loss prevention, underwriting, administration, sales operations and agency business operations.
• Strong written and oral communication, including presentation and negotiation skills.
• Customer focus and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Travel daily with occasional overnight travel; driving record required.
