Job summary

Eastern Communications seeks a skilled Business Development Manager to lead growth across Eastern Washington. You will own the regional sales strategy, deepen existing relationships, and expand the customer base while coordinating with technical and operations teams.

The role requires a strong hunter/farmer mindset, a track record in complex technology sales, and the ability to collaborate with service centers to drive service expansion and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of complex solution selling experience, especially in technology or public safety sales.
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-month sales strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing customer relationships and upsell across service centers within your territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
