Optimum Business is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of SMB Account Executives and drive regional growth. You will coach in the field, build a data-driven strategy, and partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experiences.

You will spend substantial time coaching on the field, forecasting performance with SFDC, and driving initiatives to expand our local presence with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales leadership—prefer telecom, SaaS, or technology.
• Strong ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams.
• Experience forecasting, pipeline analytics, and territory management using SFDC.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of SMB Account Executives to meet/exceed goals.
• Develop regional go-to-market strategy to grow the SMB footprint and revenue.
