Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. Naples seeks an operational leader to oversee terminal activities, champion safety, and support growth and profitability at the Naples facility.

You will supervise location staff, manage logistics, inventory, maintenance and customer service while promoting a positive community image. The role emphasizes safe, efficient day-to-day operations, budgeting, staffing, and compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant business unit areas.
• Strong leadership and safety program experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in all activities for all applicable operations at assigned location (e.g. grain and terminal, soybean plant, etc.).
• Ultimately responsible for assigned location results; develop benchmarks and improvement plans for areas below target.
• Lead, direct, and communicate the company's safety program; schedule and moderate monthly safety meetings and set safety goals.
• Ensure OSHA, safety, and environmental compliance; enforce PPE use and manage environmental controls where applicable.
• Develop and revise location budgets with input from other departments; oversee financial planning.
• Oversee staffing, training, coaching, and performance management; manage scheduling and vacations.
• Determine need for Inspector scheduling (Barge/Rail/Grain) as appropriate.
• Conduct internal audits; review and update PSM & MOC as necessary.
• Coordinate with Marine Services and Merchandisers to meet loading/transfer needs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations; report incidents as needed.
• Participate in trainee programs and coach trainees through curricula.
• Perform additional duties as assigned; audits, inventory monitoring, etc.
