CGB Enterprises, Inc. in Naples, IL is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee day-to-day terminal activities, drive safety culture, and ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations.

You will manage staff, logistics, inventory, maintenance, quality, and customer service at the location. Responsibilities include supervising location staff, budgeting, scheduling, coaching, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations while aiming to maximize location

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Technical Systems Management.
• 3 years' experience in various sides of the specific business unit.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and location operations including storage, rail and barge handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at assigned location to ensure safe, efficient and profitable operations.
• Supervise staff, staffing, logistics, inventory, maintenance, and customer service at the location.
• Lead, direct, and communicate the company's safety program; schedule monthly safety meetings and achieve safety goals.
• Develop budgets, benchmarks, and improvement plans; monitor and report location results.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations; manage PPE and environmental controls where applicable.
