Dime Bank in Norwich, CT is seeking a Senior Teller to provide high-quality customer service, handle financial transactions, and cross-sell products. You will work under the Head Teller and support branch operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and bank-teller experience with strong math skills, accuracy, and customer-focused service. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits.

Formación

• Requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of teller experience.
• Strong math aptitude and accuracy in handling cash.
• Ability to follow bank policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Excellent customer service and ability to cross-sell or refer products.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking systems.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer transactions accurately and in accordance with bank procedures.
• Resolve routine customer questions and refer to appropriate authority.
• Promote products and services based on customer needs.
• Meet or exceed sales, referrals, and service goals.
• Balance cash drawer at shift end and balance currency and coins.
• Assist with supervision of teller line and mentor junior tellers.
• Open new accounts as needed.
• Occasionally fill in at other branches.
• Participate in community service and represent the bank professionally.
