Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of face-to-face customer service or sales experience including cash handling.
• Six months of Teller experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages monetary operations within the branch with adequate funds and asset safeguarding.
• Provides security overrides and mentors tellers on-site.
• Processes member transactions accurately through the core system.
• Educates members on Langley products and services and refers to internal partners.
• Supports CRM and DMS interaction documentation and follows up.
