Langley Federal Credit Union's Hampton Boulevard Branch in Norfolk, VA is hiring a Full Time Senior Teller to handle branch cash operations, mentor tellers, and provide superb in-person member service. You will process a wide range of transactions, educate members on Langley products, and uphold security while supporting other staff and branch duties across operations.

Competenze

• Associate degree or two years of face-to-face customer service or sales experience, including cash handling, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Six months of Teller experience required.

Mansioni

• Coordinates all aspects of monetary operations within the branch, ensuring adequate funds and security.
• Provides security overrides to tellers and assists escalated member situations.
• Opens and closes the branch in absence of a supervisor.
• Acts as a mentor and trainer for tellers, providing on-site coaching.
• Processes member transactions, including balances, transfers, payments, loans, and account openings.
• Ensures regulatory compliance in all cash transactions and documents interactions in CRM/DMS.
• Educates members on Langley products and services and refers to internal partners.
• Fosters teamwork and protects members from fraud and theft.
• Performs additional branch duties as assigned and supports other locations as needed.
