Qualifications

• An associate degree or two years of face-to-face customer service or sales experience, including cash handling, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Six months of Teller experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monetary operations within the branch and ensure adequate funds and security of assets.
• Provide security overrides to tellers and assist staff with escalated member situations.
• Open and close the branch when no supervisor is present; train tellers on-site.
