Job summary

Langley Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Teller for the Stoneybrook Branch in Newport News, VA. This in-person role oversees cash operations, mentors tellers, and ensures accurate processing of member transactions while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will educate members on Langley products and services to help them save, borrow, and spend wisely; an associate degree or equivalent experience is required, with six months Teller experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of face-to-face customer service or sales experience required.
• Six months of Teller experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monetary operations and ensure funds are available for replenishment.
• Provide security overrides to tellers as needed.
• Mentor tellers and train staff on branch procedures.
• Process member transactions accurately using the core system.
• Educate members on Langley products and services to improve their finances.
