• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process all member transactions accurately using the core system.
• Handle cash transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Educate members on Langley products and services and refer to internal partners.
• Assist with branch operations and maintain CRM records.
• Protect members and the Credit Union from fraud.
