Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of Teller and customer service experience.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and basic e-mail usage.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the activities of the Teller operations area and staff.
• Approve transactions that are an exception to policy or require a supervisor override.
• Investigate Teller losses and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure staff are trained and cross-trained in all phases of their job.
• Balance teller drawer daily and perform end of day balancing.
• Provide high quality service to customers and refer to appropriate staff for complex needs.
