Job summary

You will mentor junior tellers, balance cash drawers, stay compliant with policies, and identify opportunities to educate customers about products while strengthening relationships in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on cross-selling where suitable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication; professional image.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
• Balance cash drawer and monitor cash levels; assist with branch cash handling.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other routine transactions.
• Educate customers about products and services; cross-sell when appropriate.
