Job summary

Central Pacific Bank is seeking a full-time Teller in Lahaina, HI to process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, merchant transactions and other routine financial activities while greeting customers with a warm, professional approach.

You will safeguard cash, follow security policies, maintain precise customer records, answer questions, and actively cross-sell bank products to help clients meet their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months+ of experience in cash handling and customer service.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in cash handling and customer service.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in a Financial Institution and/or Teller experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides an Exceptional Customer Experience.
• Delivers personalized customer service and consistently looks for ways to WOW customers.
• Tackles a variety of financial transactions ranging from deposits and withdrawals to loan payments and currency handling.
• Maintains accurate records of each customer in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Answers customer questions with a can-do attitude, regardless of complexity.
• Complies with security procedures and bank regulations applicable to the position.
• Safeguards assigned, branch and customer cash per Security Procedures.
