Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
• Mentor and train tellers on service standards and cash handling.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with branch cash handling accuracy.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote bank products.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and team to achieve branch goals.
