Job summary

Bank of Hope is seeking a Bank Teller in Hawaii to provide efficient, accurate, and courteous service while assisting customers with their banking needs. You will report to the Operations Manager or Branch Manager and ensure smooth daily transactions and compliance with policies.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and money orders, while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Some experience in retail sales and customer service is a plus.
• Combination of Experience and Education can meet the job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for all customers by addressing needs promptly and courteously.
• Assist customers with routine inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and services, ensuring a positive banking experience.
• Identify opportunities to educate customers on bank products and services, referring them to other team members when necessary.
• Resolve basic customer concerns and elevate complex issues to the appropriate branch personnel.
