Job summary

KeyBank is hiring a Lead Teller in Keizer, OR. You will act as a primary troubleshooter for complex client service needs and coach tellers to improve client experience. The role involves scheduling, regulatory compliance, and guiding clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.

You will observe branch operations, follow security procedures, and participate in morning huddles and debriefs. Requires notary license preferred and a strong commitment to integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.

Responsibilities

• Lead Teller responsibilities in branch operations and scheduling.
• Coach tellers to enhance client experience and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify financial wellness opportunities and refer clients to a Banker.
• Promote bank products and services and meet sales targets.
• Ensure accurate processing and balancing of cash drawers.
