Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years experience in cash handling and customer service.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Deliver personalized client service in person and by phone.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to bankers.
• Maintain accuracy by reconciling cash drawer.
