Aufgaben

• Provides client account services by processing deposits, loan payments, mortgage payments, credit card payments, escrow payments, cash advances, check cashing, cashier’s checks, proof transactions, and foreign currency exchanges.
• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone, answering questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
• Processes additional transactions as needed, including currency transaction reports and special requests.
• Completes referrals and cross-sell opportunities by informing clients about services and directing them to bankers.
• Maintains cash drawer accuracy, balancing cash and coins and following dual-control procedures.
• Utilizes bank systems to record activities, incidents, and referrals to partners and other lines of business.
• Participates in volunteer activities and financial education efforts.
• Adheres to First Interstate Bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements.
