Responsibilities

• Conduct credit and debit transactions in compliance with bank policies
• Maintain proper cash supply and daily proof records
• Process night deposits and ATM transactions if applicable
• Deliver excellent service to all bank customers
• Support branch teams to meet performance expectations
• Implement process improvements to strengthen service delivery
• Monitor controls to reduce risk and maintain compliance
