Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Branch Teller to support daily branch operations and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves processing transactions, maintaining cash supplies, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, implementing process improvements, and referring customers to appropriate staff for product solutions, while handling night deposits and ATM transactions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day branch service operations
• Supporting client transactions
• Ensuring accurate and timely execution of all frontline banking activities
• Coaching and supporting branch teams to meet performance expectations
• Implementing process improvements that strengthen service delivery
• Monitoring operational controls to reduce risk and maintain compliance
• Conducts all credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures
• Keeps proper cash supply on hand and prepares daily proof record while maintaining an acceptable difference record
• May process night deposits and ATM transactions
• Delivers excellent service to all bank customers
• May refer customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution
• Other duties as assigned.
