RTX, a leading defense contractor, is seeking experienced hardware electrical engineers to design and test analog and mixed-signal electronics, supporting PCB level development and integration. You will act as REA for certain designs, generate analyses and documentation, and ensure compliance with performance requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on circuit design, simulation, and testing, with opportunities to contribute to system-level engineering in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years’ experience.
• Experience with electronics design, systems or subsystems.
• Experience creating electrical design specifications and documentation.
• Experience with analog electronics: FETs/BJTs, op-amp, filters, A/D converters.

Mansioni

• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and mixed signal circuitry.
• Assist in designing electronics at subsystem or PCB level.
• Manage PCB development from requirements through initial integration testing.
• Serve as the Responsible Engineering Authority for designs.
