Job summary

RTX is seeking experienced engineers to design, analyze, simulate, and test analog and mixed-signal electronics for mission-critical systems in Tucson. The role focuses on circuit cards, subsystem level design, and PCB development with REA responsibility for designs and documentation.

The team emphasizes rigorous analysis, secure clearance, and a collaborative environment. A DoD Secret clearance and STEM background are required, with relocation support available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with analog electronics design including FETs/BJTs, op-amp, filters, DAC/ADC and level shifters.
• Experience creating electrical design specifications and documenting analyses.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and mixed-signal electronics circuitry.
• Assist in designing electronics at the subsystem or PCB level.
• Help to see PCB development through its design phases, from requirements definition through initial integration testing.
• Be the “Responsible Engineering Authority” (REA) for FTS and/or TM designs.
• Generate and/or compile all required analysis and documentation verifying compliance with program and performance requirements.
