Job summary

RTX's Hardware Electrical Engineering Team is seeking experienced engineers with electronics knowledge to support the design and test of electronic products and systems. Our bread and butter are all things “circuit cards”, and we want you to help us blaze the path!

Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and mixed-signal circuitry; assist at subsystem or PCB level; be the Responsible Engineering Authority for FTS and/or TM designs; generate analysis and documentation to verify

Qualifications

Requires a STEM bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
Experience with electronics design focusing on systems or subsystems.
Experience creating electrical design specifications.
Experience with analog electronics design (FETs/BJTs, op-amps, filters, terminations, A/D, level shifters, load switches).
Experience using MATLAB, MathCAD, Mathematica or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and mixed signal electronics circuitry.
Assist in designing electronics at the subsystem or PCB level.
Help to see PCB development through its design phases, from requirements definition through initial integration testing.
Be the 'Responsible Engineering Authority' (REA) for FTS and/or TM designs.
Generate and/or compile all required analysis and documentation verifying compliance with program and performance requirements.
