Job summary

RTX is seeking experienced hardware electrical engineers to design and test analog and mixed-signal electronics for circuit cards. The role emphasizes subsystem and PCB level work, with REA responsibilities and rigorous documentation.

Requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years). U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance eligibility are required. Onsite in Tucson, AZ, with relocation possible.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years).
• Experience with electronics design for systems/subsystems.
• Experience creating electrical design specifications and analog electronics design.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and mixed-signal electronics circuitry.
• Assist in subsystem or PCB-level electronics design.
• Oversee PCB development from requirements through initial integration testing.
• Serve as Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for FTS and/or TM designs.
• Generate and compile analyses and docs verifying compliance with requirements.
