The successful candidate will direct project delivery, mentor teams, review specifications, and ensure compliance with codes and QA/QC procedures while advancing innovative solutions within power and energy

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant telecommunications engineering industry experience.
• Advanced experience designing telecommunications infrastructure for critical facilities.
• Experience leading complex engineering projects and coordinating scopes, schedules, budgets, technical deliverables.
• Ability to mentor and supervise project teams.
• Strong knowledge of network topologies, latency, synchronization, security, reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and project leadership for telecommunications engineering work.
• Lead telecom infrastructure design for substations, generation facilities, and DG.
• Specify equipment and oversee procurement, installation, and testing.
• Lead the design and configuration of IP, Ethernet, MPLS networks.
• Review OTDR reports and verify microwave links.
• Mentor and supervise project team members.
• Maintain and expand client relationships and grow pipeline.
• Ensure designs meet codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures.
