Qualifications

• 12+ years of telecom engineering experience in utility, industrial, or commercial settings.
• Advanced design experience for substations, generation facilities, and transmission networks.
• Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects and coordinate scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ability to guide teams, mentor staff, and provide technical leadership.
• Strong skills in preparing specifications, network designs, provisioning docs, and commissioning reports.
• Expertise in network topologies, latency, synchronization, security, reliability, and resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and project leadership for telecom engineering across utility and industrial projects.
• Lead design for fiber, microwave, PDH/SONET, IP, Ethernet, MPLS networks.
• Review OTDR reports and verify microwave links with design tools.
• Oversee site surveys, commissioning, and troubleshooting with occasional travel.
• Maintain and expand client relationships and support business growth.
