Job summary
Southwest Healthcare System is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Analyst to lead the design, administration, and ongoing advancement of our enterprise telecom and unified communications environment. You will work with Cisco Collaboration, PBX/VoIP, Teams voice integration, and related voice networks to ensure robust, scalable services across our health system.
The role requires strong vendor engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and a California driver’s license.
Qualifications
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible telecommunications experience.
- Three (3) years of experience supporting Cisco Unified Communications environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise PBX and VoIP systems.
- Experience administering carrier, cellular, paging, and telecommunications services.
- Experience supporting converged voice and data networks.
- Experience working with telecommunications vendors and service providers.
- Must have valid California Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- The Senior Telecommunications Analyst serves as the organization’s lead telecommunications technical resource, responsible for the design, administration, maintenance, support, and strategic advancement of enterprise telecommunications and unified communications systems.
