Job summary
Universal Health Services is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Analyst to lead the design, administration, and ongoing improvement of our enterprise telecommunications and unified communications systems across our Southern California network. You will drive Cisco Collaboration, PBX and VoIP platforms, and Teams voice integration to deliver reliable, scalable communications.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience.
- 5 years telecommunications experience required.
- 3 years supporting Cisco Unified Communications environments.
- Experience with enterprise PBX and VoIP systems.
- Experience administering carrier, cellular, paging, and telecom services.
- Experience with converged voice and data networks.
- Experience working with telecom vendors and service providers.
- Must have valid California Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, administration, maintenance, and strategic advancement of enterprise telecom and UC systems.
- Provide senior-level expertise in Cisco Collaboration technologies and related platforms.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize voice/data networks.
