Job summary

NextEdge Networks Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Foreman in Salt Lake City, UT. You will lead on-site telecom crews, supervise tower construction, and ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence for complex projects.

The role requires extensive field experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecommunications construction experience.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet pass DOT requirements.
• NWSA TTT2 certification required; OSHA30 certification required; First Aid AED/CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain industry certifications such as RF awareness, competent climber, competent rescuer, and fall protection awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site tower technicians and crew members.
• Act as the point of contact for on-site operations with stakeholders.
• Oversee tower construction activities including erection, grounding, testing, and system optimization.
• Ensure site closeout documentation is completed and uploaded to customer platforms.
• Manage daily paperwork and administrative requirements for site and crew operations.
• Conduct and oversee testing activities (sweep, PIM, and fiber) for compliance.
• Provide leadership and on-the-job training to crew members to maintain safety and quality.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles to stay in operational condition.
• Operate capstan hoists and rigging hardware as needed for lifting tasks.
