Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of relevant telecommunications or tower construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and RF data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to support tower construction and maintenance activities.
• Follow OSHA and company EHS guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using diagnostic methods and repair techniques.
• Conduct equipment testing, including sweep testing, PIM testing, and fiber testing, to confirm system performance.
• Install RF and antenna system components, including antennas, TMA's, RRU's, diplexers, coax, and connectors.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and RF data sheets to ensure proper installation and alignment.
