Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecommunications construction experience.
• Knowledge of DOT requirements and ability to meet them.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• First Aid AED/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of tower technicians and crew members.
• Act as the on-site contact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee tower construction activities including installation, testing and system optimization.
• Ensure site closeout documentation is completed and uploaded to customer platforms.
• Manage daily paperwork and administrative requirements for site operations.
