Job summary

NextEdge Networks Holdings LLC seeks a Telecommunications Foreman in Hayward, CA to lead on-site crews, supervise tower construction, and ensure projects run safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate activities, manage field documentation, and train crew members to uphold high safety standards.

The role requires 8+ years of telecom construction experience, OSHA-30 and First Aid/CPR certifications, and the ability to travel up to 50% while working in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• 8+ years of telecommunications construction experience.
• OSHA-30 certification required.
• First Aid AED/CPR certification required.
• Experience with major carrier sites (DAS, Small Cells, MODS, NSB).
• Understanding of construction drawings and RFDS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate tower technicians and crew members.
• Serve as on-site operations contact with stakeholders.
• Oversee tower construction, installation, testing, and system optimization.
• Ensure site closeout documentation is completed and uploaded.
• Maintain daily site paperwork and administrative duties.
• Lead safety, training, and rope/rigging planning for crews.
