Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and valid driver's license.
• 8+ years of telecom construction experience.
• Experience with major carrier sites (upgrades, MODS, NSB, DAS, Small Cells).
• Advanced understanding of construction drawings, RFDS and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tower technicians and crew on construction, repair, and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate on-site operations and communicate with project stakeholders.
• Oversee antenna installation, grounding, testing, and system optimization.
• Ensure site closeout documentation is completed and uploaded to customer platforms.
• Maintain site and crew paperwork and admin duties.
• Lead testing activities (sweep, PIM, fiber) for safety and compliance.
• Provide on-the-job training and promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain equipment/vehicles and oversee lifting operations with capstan hoists.
• Enforce OSHA/EHS standards and safety protocols.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
