Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead and manage a medium to large telecommunications/construction project. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality, and drive profitability while coordinating with the customer and managing on-site activities.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive field experience, and proficiency in MS Office tools. Travel and on-site work at large job sites are expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory or managerial experience.
• 3+ years experience as Lead Communications Technician or similar.
• 5+ years experience in telecommunications or related technical/construction field.
• Proficient with a computer; skilled with MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all project staff and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across the project.
• Monitor profitability, budgeting, and cost control for the project.
• Coordinate with customer representatives and attend on-site meetings as required.
