Job summary

White Label Communications LLC is seeking a Senior Billing/Collections Specialist to own end-to-end billing and drive collections improvements.

The role requires hands-on telecom billing experience, collaboration with Finance leadership, and the ability to implement scalable processes to accelerate cash collections. You will resolve complex billing issues, validate charges, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on telecom billing experience.
• Proven ability to improve collections performance and reduce DSO.
• Experience identifying and implementing process automation.
• Ability to partner with Finance leadership and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer billing process for telecom charges.
• Generate and distribute accurate invoices per contracts and pricing.
• Maintain billing profiles, hierarchies, pricing, terms, and delivery preferences.
• Validate billing inputs before invoices are issued.
• Review usage records for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Provisioning, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies including pricing, taxes, credits, and duplicates.
• Prepare and process credits, rebills, adjustments, refunds, and write-offs.
• Identify revenue leakage and data quality issues and coordinate corrective action.
• Support new contract/product launches with proper billing design and testing.
• Develop and maintain billing procedures and controls.
