Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to strengthen the order-to-cash process, revenue visibility, billing accuracy, and AR performance. This role partners with Accounting, Sales, Operations, and project teams and reports to the Finance Manager.

The Senior Revenue Analyst will manage revenue schedules, assist with ASC 606 compliance, and drive improvements across billing, invoicing, and collections while delivering executive-ready insights and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of revenue analysis, billing, AR, or related experience.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and the order-to-cash cycle.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, index functions, complex formulas, and large-data analysis.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience using NetSuite.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Operations and Analysis: analyze monthly revenue results, trends, backlog, and variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections: oversee invoicing, monitor aging, drive resolutions, lead collection follow-ups.
• Forecasting, Reporting, and Close Support: prepare revenue and cash collection forecasts, dashboards, and schedules.
• Process Improvement and Controls: standardize, automate, and strengthen billing, revenue, AR, and reporting workflows.
