Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions in Chantilly, VA seeks a Senior Revenue Analyst to strengthen order-to-cash processes, improve revenue visibility, and ensure billing accuracy. The role collaborates with Accounting, Sales, Operations, and project teams and reports to the Finance Manager.

You will analyze monthly revenue results, support ASC 606 compliance, maintain revenue schedules, and drive AR performance across multiple billing cycles. The position offers veteran-friendly culture and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three+ years of progressive experience in revenue analysis, billing, AR, or related areas.
• Working knowledge of ASC 606, order-to-cash, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, and large data analysis.
• Minimum of three years hands-on experience using NetSuite.
• Strong analytical judgement, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly revenue results, trends, backlog and variances against budget and forecast.
• Support revenue recognition activities in accordance with ASC 606 and contract milestones.
• Maintain revenue schedules, reporting, and documentation for management and audits.
• Coordinate with project and operations teams to validate data and milestones.
• Oversee invoices across multiple cycles and platforms, ensuring accuracy.
• Monitor AR aging, unapplied cash, disputes, and driving timely resolutions.
