Ascot Group is seeking a strategic Head of Billing & Collections to lead invoicing, cash application, collections, and related receivables operations across the organization. The role emphasizes scalable processes, strong controls, and high-quality internal/external service while guiding the Guidewire billing implementation.

The candidate will partner with Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, Treasury, Technology, and other leaders to improve working capital and cash-flow outcomes through

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 10 years in accounts receivable, billing, collections, finance operations or related discipline with people leadership.
• Experience in insurance/reinsurance or complex transaction environments preferred.
• Deep knowledge of billing operations, receivables management, controls and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and implement practical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Billing & Collections, including invoicing, cash application, collections and reconciliations.
• Define strategy and operating model for billing and receivables; drive process improvements.
• Establish policies, controls, service standards, and performance metrics.
• Oversee aged receivables resolution and cash-flow forecasting.
• Develop executive reporting dashboards for key receivables metrics.
• Partner with multiple functions to resolve systemic issues and optimize performance.
• Lead automation, outsourcing considerations, and Guidewire implementation.
