JE Dunn Construction seeks a Senior VDC Specialist to provide BIM administration, coordination, and document assembly for multiple projects. You will support BIM processes, integrate design updates, and ensure compliance with VDC standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project teams and subcontractors on complex building projects. You will lead BIM-related workflows, train teams on tools, and contribute to VDC delivery strategies, including self-perform strategies where applicable.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field required.
• 2+ years construction or related experience required.
• 2+ years BIM-related experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides BIM models and documents to complete project scope.
• Assembles 3D content and models missing content.
• Learns and maintains productive BIM process; supports RFI processes for BIM items.
• Maintains project documentation (agendas, minutes, logs).
• Communicates and coordinates BIM constraints with teams to minimize project impacts.
• Gains exposure to cross-functional workflows and complex VDC delivery strategies.
