Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Technology Leadership professional to join our IT Operations team. You will support the Application Operations Center and Enterprise Post Production Validation, focusing on automation, innovation, and continuous improvement, working with onshore and offshore resources.

You will drive efficiency through automation, develop dashboards, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor teams while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable application operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of engineering, systems engineering, or similar technical roles.
• 5+ years of technical expertise in Dynatrace, ThousandEyes, Splunk and other monitoring tools.
• 5+ years of experience in Java or Python.
• Experience with intelligent automation tools (e.g., RPA, process automation, Azure AI, Claude code, GitHub Copilot).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for increased productivity and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with experience to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Lead to provide operational and strategic support for Application Operations Center and Postproduction Validation teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
• Drive process innovation by deploying advanced tools and methodologies for application operations and validation activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and present findings to leadership.
• Oversee daily application support and monitoring activities to ensure system stability, performance, and reliability.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and communicate progress on automation initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, training sessions, and change management activities to support team development and successful project implementation.
• Ensure automation and process improvements comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
