Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Experience working in a Salesforce environment.
• Solid foundation of data engineering concepts, ETL, and distributed processing (Databricks, Informatica).
• Medium programming skills in Python.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings and vector databases.
• Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
• Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and Copado.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work remotely.

• Enable cloud technologies for performance, continuity, and efficiency in on-demand environments.
• Manage and monitor networks, systems, and applications in cloud environments.
• Orchestrate and automate provisioning of resources.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Partner with technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
• Support cloud, data engineering, DevOps and AI initiatives.
