Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical training, curriculum delivery, or education.
• Experience designing training for enterprise IT/server/network environments.
• Strong instructional design with DoD/IC/government programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Develop training content for server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based training for enterprise IT users.
• Analyze engineering docs to identify training needs.
• Create lesson plans, instructor guides, student guides, labs, and assessments.
• Conduct training effectiveness evaluations and maintain metrics.
