Job summary

Prodigy One, LLC. is seeking a Technology Instructor to join a high-performing SAFe Agile team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

You will analyze, design, develop, and maintain technical training for enterprise server, network, and platform environments, delivering certification-focused programs and instructional content. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, extensive experience in technical training, and the ability to manage multiple development efforts in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of relevant experience in technical training, instructional delivery, curriculum development, and/or technology-focused education.
• Minimum of 5 years of instructional systems design or technical training development experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT, server, network, and platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Develop technical training content for server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based training for users of technical systems.
• Analyze engineering docs and procedures to identify training needs.
• Develop lesson plans, instructor guides, student guides, and job aids.
• Conduct training effectiveness evaluations and maintain metrics.
• Coordinate training product development with engineering and program support teams.
