Job summary

Dean Dorton is seeking a Technology Services Senior Consultant to serve as the primary advisor for client IT environments. You will lead projects, coordinate teams, and mentor staff while aligning technology with client goals and security standards.

You will partner with client leadership and internal teams to deliver reliable infrastructure, edge to cloud solutions, and modern security practices. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure, systems administration, technical consulting, or technology leadership roles.
• Expertise in core areas including Active Directory, virtualization, Windows Server, security, cloud, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology consultant and trusted advisor for a dedicated client environment.
• Lead technology projects and strategic initiatives with planning and execution.
• Coordinate priorities, resources, timelines, and successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and provide day-to-day guidance and coaching.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with client agreements, standards, and best practices.
